Tapping to De-Stress
Think of a situation that is currently causing you stress. You’re going to rate that stress on a scale of 0-10 and follow along with the tapping and prompts. Your Setup Statement will help you move in the direction of self-love and acceptance – a great foundation for living a lit-up life.
If you notice yourself yawning as we move through the tapping sequence – that’s a good thing! It’s a sign that stuck energy is clearing. At the end of the video, check in again and notice if your number on the 0-10 scale has shifted.
